When Will Schragis was 22, he spent a summer in Northern Italy working at a guesthouse that had seven calico cats and, perhaps, the deepest collection of independently bottled spirits he had ever seen. The attention to detail in that house, the love of the unique and the devotion to provenance, left a profound mark. That summer, and a string of other beautiful happenstances, made this project possible.
