Located in historic Middleburg in the heart of Virginia Hunt Country, Provenance Estate is situated on 121 acres of rolling farmland where hundreds of barrels of Kentucky bourbon, each one carefully handpicked by Jay and tucked away at the estate, continue to mature. These barrels will reach a minimum of five and a half years of age- though many continue to mature for much longer- before being blended and bottled at their facility on the property. The resulting rich caramels and dessert-forward profiles that perfectly balance spice and tannin encourage you, the drinker, to pause and truly appreciate the art that goes into creating this definitively American spirit.
